Tracy Williams

Health Care Executive, GuideWell

Tracy is excited to be a part of the 2025 River City Dancing With The Stars event and to raise money for the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus.

Tracy grew up in Jacksonville, graduating from The Bolles School and The University of North Florida. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine-Athletic Training, Masters in Physical Therapy and Masters in Health Administration from UNF. Tracy has over 25 years of experience in providing health care and leading health care organizations in our community. She started her career as an athletic trainer-physical therapist before shifting over to the administrative leadership side.  Tracy currently works for GuideWell and serves as the Interim President and CEO of Florida Health Care Plans. She is dedicated to creating integrated health care delivery systems to  improve quality and reduce medical costs.

Tracy is energized each day by her amazing family; husband, David and children, Isla, Cassidy and Joe. Her daughters have participated in JCC events so this experience is even more important because of how much her own daughters love to sing and entertain. Tracy has seen firsthand the top-notch programs JCC creates every day and wants to ensure they continue into the future. Tracy also supports the Jacksonville community by serving as a Board member for OneJax, Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida and The Saint Andrew’s Society of Jacksonville. She is a longtime volunteer with the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation and a proud graduate of Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2020.

Tracy grew up doing Scottish Highland Dancing but has never done ballroom. She is excited to swap out a kilt and bagpipes for ballroom shoes and dresses! By supporting Tracy with a vote and donation, you will be helping our local children access world renowned musical education with JCC right here in Jacksonville. See you in the ballroom on April 26!
