Allison Hollander

When she’s not launching multi-million-dollar gaming facilities or masterminding marketing strategies for top casino brands, Allison Hollander is lighting up rooms just like this one—with a mic in hand and a mission to keep things moving (and fun).

Allison is the founder of Hollander Poker Consultants, LLC, where she’s helped poker rooms and casinos across the country hit the jackpot—think 500% revenue increases, global brand recognition, and training programs that turn staff into rockstars. She’s worked everywhere from Florida’s premier poker hotspot bestbet to the glamorous floors of Wynn Macau, so let’s just say… she knows how to raise the stakes.

But Allison’s not all business—she’s also big on community. She’s the Vice Chair of Development for the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus, where she helps bring music and arts education to kids who need it most. She’s chaired capital campaigns for the YMCA, raised funds for Wounded Warriors, and even danced her way through River City Dancing with the Stars (yes, there’s video—ask her later).

Part executive, part advocate, part entertainer—tonight, she’s your guide, your hype woman, and maybe your new favorite emcee.

M. Sandlin “Sandy” Grimm

Since 2012 Sandy has served as the Chief Legal Officer of Southeastern Grocers, LLC. 

In addition to serving as the Chief Legal Officer of Southeastern Grocers, LLC, Sandy has recently been named as a Partner of the law firm of Burr & Forman, LLP. 

His experience also includes serving as corporate counsel for Georgia- Pacific and was an associate at the law firm of Morris, Manning and Martin in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sandy began his legal career as the Director of Legal Affairs for Innovative Computing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University, Sandy is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Georgia, and a member of the in-house counsel bar in Florida.
