Giselle Carson is a renowned corporate immigration and compliance attorney. A two-time immigrant, she grew up in Cuba, escaped to Canada, and later immigrated to the U.S.

She and her husband, Jeff, have proudly called Jacksonville home for over 25 years. They met at McGill University in Canada and share a passion for endurance sports, having completed numerous marathons and triathlons together.

With her personal immigration journey and legal expertise, Giselle offers a unique perspective on U.S. immigration. She partners with corporate employers to navigate the complexities of obtaining work visas and green cards, helping businesses recruit top foreign talent to fill critical roles while empowering immigrants to achieve their dreams and contribute to America’s growth.

For five years, she has proudly served as an Ambassador in the River City Dancing with the Stars program, dancing and fundraising to support this incredible organization that enriches young lives through music.
