Giselle Carson

Corporate Immigration Attorney, Marks Gray P.A.

Giselle Carson is a Shareholder at Marks Gray, P.A. and a recognized corporate immigration and compliance attorney. A two-time immigrant, she grew up in Cuba, escaped to Canada and later immigrated to the U.S. She and her husband, Jeff, have called Jacksonville home for over 20 years. They met at McGill University in Canada and are marathoners and triathletes.

Today, she has a unique view of immigration to the U.S. She has experienced the immigration journey personally, and has gained valuable legal knowledge. She uses that knowledge to help corporate employers obtain work visas and green cards to recruit, hire and invest in diverse and unique foreign talent. She helps employers fill critical jobs with the immigration process and helps immigrants achieve their dreams and contribute to our great country.

She believes in teamwork, self-discipline and passion to achieve big goals. She is honored to help foster these traits in the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus children by participating as an Ambassador in the River City Dancing with the Stars Program.
